The “Joy of Dance” are unique dance classes designed to allow participants experience the joy of movement in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

Depending on the signals we give to our bodies we can improve our range of motion, strength and performance. Mihaela will guide you to explore your own unique range of movement. She will help you learn to dance to your own beat and you will acquire new levels of confidence in your body and movement.

The classes are based on fun and freedom. No previous dance experience is required, just a curiosity to experience transformation of body and mind through dance.
