about Mihaela
Mihaela’s mindful, sensitive and focused approach to dance can bring unexpected transformation both in your movement and quality of life. As a teacher and choreographer she is interested in what moves us, how dance can bring inspiration to our daily lives. Her desire to find new ways to make dance accessible to all led to the development of The Joy Of Dance. Dance classes based on finding pleasure and fun in movement suitable for beginners and everyone looking to explore new ways to express themselves. Classes are based on the various contemporary dance techniques Mihaela has studied on her dance journey. Join Mihaela and find your flow.
